Do I need a credit card to book online?

Yes. Our online booking system verifies appointments with a credit card on file. This isn't a charge; it's how we keep appointment slots available and reduce no-shows. If you'd rather not enter a card online, call or text us and we'll book it directly.

Can I book a same-day appointment?

We cannot promise same-day. It depends on what is open that day. Online booking confirms instantly, so start there first. If nothing works for today, call or text (239) 544-5369 and ask; that is also how we book you directly if you would rather not enter a card online. Do not use the callback form for a same-day request: callbacks are answered within one business day.

What if I'm not sure which treatment I need?

You do not need to know. On the callback form, Treatment Interest is optional. Leave it blank or pick the closest category, and Dr. McKenzie sorts it out in person. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, with a focus in Aesthetic Medicine, and personally guides your treatment plan. If you would rather talk it through before committing to a slot, use the callback form above instead of the scheduler; her team calls or texts back within one business day.
