Our commitment

Kenzi MedSpa & Wellness Center wants every patient to be able to read about our treatments, find our clinic, and request an appointment, regardless of how they browse the web. We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining this site, not as a one-time audit.

Measures we take

This website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its reference standard. Specific measures currently in place include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
• A visible keyboard focus indicator on all interactive elements.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alt text for decorative ones.
• Form fields with associated labels, plus error messages announced to screen readers.
• Accordions and menus built from native HTML elements, so they work without JavaScript.
• Full respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Layouts that reflow to small screens and support browser zoom without loss of content.

Conformance status

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit, so we describe this site as partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and we are aware that some areas still need work. Where third-party content is embedded, such as an appointment scheduler or a map, we do not control its underlying code.

Known limitations

Embedded third-party components (online scheduling and the location map) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If one of these prevents you from booking, please call or text us and a member of the team will complete the booking with you directly.
